  This studio changed my life! I've made so many friends and gained so many skills that I never thought I would be able to possess :) The teachers are so friendly, welcoming and encouraging. This is a studio that will make you feel welcome - no matter your size, shape, age, background or ability. Even if you've never wanted to try pole dancing, you should!! ...and you should do it at Symmetry ;)

  I attended my first class today and I loved it! Mel is an amazing instructor, who has very good knowledge of body biomechanics and has excellent communication skills. I've attended other beginner pole classes at other places, where they only taught very simple boring moves where I barely left the ground. However at symmetry I learnt so many tricks in the first session!

  I couldn't say a bad thing about Symmetry! I have been attending for a few years now and it has made exercising fun. The instructors are all fantastic and are so encouraging and always celebrate your wins with you big or small as if they were all big. All the people who attend are also just as encouraging. I have never felt so comfortable in a fitness environment. I would recommend to anyone, at any age.

  Symmetry is such an amazing dance studio as they are so welcoming and supportive of everyone who enters the studio. The instructors push you to improve on your stills as well as celebrate all your wins whether they be big or small! It is such an amazing little community and I’m so glad to be apart of it! This is one of the many reasons why I love symmetry.

  Anyone who knows me knows that symmetry is my second home!
  The instructors are not only extremely experienced, but also have a good understanding of what it’s like to be a beginner!
  The instructors remember your strongest and weakest things and are able to assist you week by week in meeting and exceeding your goals!
  There is no pressure or fear for your first class as the owner and the reception team are so friendly and helpful.
  This is a place to find a new hobby, strength and friends.
  If you are thinking you’re not strong enough or thin enough or fit enough or confident enough to try a class at symmetry you are so wrong. Give it a go and you will not be disappointed.
  I could not recommend symmetry more!!
